NCH Corporation announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell the assets of its subsidiary, N-E Thing Supply Company Inc. to Maintenance Warehouse, a Home Depot Company. N-E Thing sells repair and maintenance products to apartment complexes. The transaction is expected to close September 30. Financial results for N-E Thing were reported in the Other Product Lines Segment. Operating results for prior periods will not be restated to exclude N-E Thing.
