Instructional Video to Help Curb Blatant Violence in the NFL 

SARATOGA, Calif. -- In response to Albert Haynesworth's vicious stomp to Andre Gurode's head and Tyler Brayton's knee to Jerramy Stevens' groin, NBX Inc. The release of the video coincides with Haynesworth's return from a five-game suspension after the Tennessee Titan defensive tackle stomped on Gurode's head in a game against the Dallas Cowboys October 1.

"The NFL is violent and that's not going to change. There's an ambulance on the field before the game even starts," Gogan said. "There's no question Albert Haynesworth is going to get angry again and so are many other guys. I know. I've been there. We wanted to show the players that there is a better way to retaliate. Do it over the course of the game so that you don't get suspended or fined. Your opponent may not have to get stitches but I guarantee you he won't feel very good at the end of the game."

Gogan, who won two Super Bowl titles as a starter with the Dallas Cowboys, earned the reputation as one of the grittiest players in league history and was featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated as the NFL's nastiest player in 1998. He also holds the distinction of being one of the only players ever to get kicked out of the Pro Bowl for fighting with Neil Smith.
