NBG Radio Network Signs Consulting Agreement with eWorks.

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 27, 2001

NBG Radio Network, Inc. (NBG) (OTCBB:NSBD) announced today the signing of an engagement agreement with eWorks, Inc. (eWorks).

eWorks will assist NBG in all facets of investment banking activities, including fund raising, merger and acquisition consulting, and strategic business development and alliance evaluation. The agreement is effective immediately.

He has been involved in network and cable television, radio, and the internet as an investor, manager, founder, and advisor for over two dozen companies ranging in size from startups to Fortune-500.
