Throughout her career, ShoWest officials said, ``Ryder has opted to move from light comedy to high drama, from independent to studio feature, from the star turn to the supporting role. As a result, she has had a richly varied body of work, including some of the finest motion pictures of the past decade and at the young age of 25 has already earned two Academy Award nominations and a Golden Globe award.''
