NATURAL WAYS OF LOWERING CHOLESTEROL.


Statins and fibrates are the drugs usually prescribed to those with high cholesterol levels, and both are effective in achieving this objective. But If your cholesterol is only slightly above the healthy limit, you may want to consider trying some natural remedies before starting these drugs. <p>Go for Guggul Guggul lipid is a herb native to India and has been used for a long time in Ayurveda to help maintain healthy cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Up the fibre Eating high fibre food such as beans, whole grains and fruits has been proven to lower the cholesterol levels.
