NATURAL RESOURCES ON THE FLY.One thing that has grown from the Internet is e-zines, which are magazines without benefit of paper and mailing costs. One of the best outdoor e-zines is Fly Fisherman's Virtual Fly Shop (www.flyshop.com). The site offers regional breakdowns and fishing reports from readers. Features include how-to - ``Designing Flies with Dubbing Loops'' - and travel - ``Bones of the Bahamas.'' The site's current top story is ``Learn how the Three-Point Grip can solve problems and make you a better caster.'' If you can't get away to fish, there's plenty to look at in the site's photo gallery, where readers submit their top catches. You can also buy gear, view numerous outdoors catalogs and purchase fly-fishing items at auction. --More e-zines: Fly Rod & Reel (www.flyrodreel.com) is similar in setup to Virtual Fly Shop, has a nifty ``Ask Dr. Buzz'' section, a conservation and guides' tips page, and bulletin boards, but does not have a chat room. Fly Fish America (www.flyfishamerica.com) has informative articles that are not afraid to venture off the beaten track, pages of photos, entomology entomology, study of insects, an arthropod class that comprises about 900,000 known species, representing about three fourths of all the classified animal species. , instruction and fly-tying, and a nice, simple archive section. But it doesn't have bulletin boards or chat rooms. - Chris Cocoles THE SECRETS OF NEW MEXICO New Mexico, state in the SW United States.
