Many copies of this book will soon be weather-beaten, soggy and won't smell too good because they'll be coated in fish slime. That's a good thing because Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California. Centered on the cities of Los Angeles and San Diego, Southern California is home to nearly 24 million people and is the nation's second most populated region, boaters who read and use this book will be catching a lot of fish. Mark Wisch tells you how and exactly where to catch barracuda barracuda, slender, elongated fish of tropical seas.
