The January issue of Men's Journal features an outdoor adventure guide to Hawaii with an introduction by novelist and travel writer Paul Theroux Paul Edward Theroux (born April 10, 1941) is an American travel writer and novelist, whose best known work is The Great Railway Bazaar (1975), a travelogue about a trip he made by train from Great Britain through Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, through South  and suggestions on where to surf, kayak, fish, scuba dive and hike.

There's a story about ``sledging'' Class V rapids in New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. The capital is Wellington; the largest city and leading port is Auckland. . Sledging Sledging can mean:

San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay.  who perform over 6,000 rescues a year. Great photos of some very buff guys. There is also a review of dive watches, although they are more bling than function. No watches with built-in dive timers or depth gauges are included.
