NATIONAL WASTE DISPOSAL ISSUES STATEMENT

 NATIONAL WASTE DISPOSAL ISSUES STATEMENT
TRENTON, N.J., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The following statement was

issued today by National Waste Disposal, Inc.:
National Waste Disposal has recently received a copy of Administrative Law Judge Joseph Fidler's Initial Decision in the case brought against it by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and Energy. It must be stated at the outset, that this initial decision is nothing more than a recommended decision and has absolutely no force and effect of law. The ultimate decision rests with the Commissioner of the DEPE. As a result, National takes this opportunity to emphasize that it will continue to provide collection and disposal service to its valued customers.
Our review of the initial recommendation shows that the opinion does not equate with the facts presented in the case and, as a result, National is confident that the recommendation will be rejected.
In the interim, National has no doubt that the service it has provided to its customers in its 13 years of operation is of the highest standard in the industry and that upon further review of the matter National's actions and position will be upheld.
