 NATIONAL HMO REPORTS RECORD REVENUES AND INCREASED PROFITS
 FOR THREE MONTHS
 YONKERS, N.Y., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- National HMO Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: NHMO) today announced that net income for the three months ended Oct. 31, 1991, was approximately $460,000 or $.10 a share as compared to approximately $316,000 or $.07 a share for the three months ended Oct. 31, 1990.
 The company showed record revenues of $5,254,000 for the quarter ended Oct. 31, 1991, as compared to $3,835,000 for the corresponding period of 1990.
 The increase in revenues and profits were attributable to an increase in patient fee income from Health Acquisitions Corp., the company's largest subsidiary which provides home health care services.
