Melanie Ripley, from NAMM's membership department, is department manager. Jazz Watts, NAMM's longtime receptionist, joined Ripley in the Member Contact Center. Appointed director of market development was Eric Ebel, formerly NAMM's trade show senior account representative. Ebel will be responsible for an annual budget of approximately $5 million that NAMM will reinvest back into the industry in the form of programs, activities and initiatives to create more active music makers.
