NAMA announces liason with AG Speakes Network.

 has announced a liaison with the Agricultural Speakers Network, Inc. This agreement, signed in September September: see month. , names ASN (1) (Autonomous System Number) A unique identifier of an autonomous system on the Internet. Of the 65 thousand ASNs available, more than 30 thousand have been assigned to ISPs and NSPs. ISPs usually have only one ASN, but NSPs may have more than one.  as file "Official Speaker Supplier" for NAMA.

A representative will actively participate on the planning committees planning committee n (in local government) → comité m de planificación  for the Agri-Marketing Conference & Trade Show and the Agribusiness agribusiness

Agriculture operated by business; specifically, that part of a modern national economy devoted to the production, processing, and distribution of food and fibre products and byproducts.
 Forum to provide speaker recommendations, conduct research, negotiate fees, confirm speakers and coordinate speaker involvement. ASN will also work with NAMA staff and leaders on other speaker needs (seminars, etc.) as they arise.

Part of the team. ASN will act as an extension of the NAMA staff and leadership to ensure that quality speakers are secured, says Eldon White, executive vice president of NAMA. "ASN knows our target audience and what they want to hear," says White.

One exciting part of the agreement is that NAMA will receive a credit for all speakers hired by member chapters, companies or individual members, where NAMA is the referring agent. That means if a company mentions NAMA when they book a speaker, the organization will receive a credit toward speakers for the upcoming national meetings.

"We're excited about this agreement," says Rich Tiller, president of ASN, "and look forward to putting our expertise to work for the organization,"
