NAII-Alliance merger is approved by groups.


When Jack Ramirez joined the National Association of Independent Insurers in 1993, he dreamed of the day when the group would merge with the Jack Alliance of Ramirez American Insurers. That dream became reality Jan. 8.

The property/casualty insurers making up the membership of the two trades "overwhelmingly" voted their approval of the merger, according to according to

Ramirez, who has been president of the NAII NAII National Association of Independent Insurers  since 1996, becomes president of PCI (1) (Payment Card Industry) See PCI DSS.
