NAI changes name, and goes Global.

NAI, the real estate services company, will change its name to NAI Global effective March 1, 2005.

NAI entered the real estate arena as New America Network, Inc. in 1978. It became New America International--NAI for short--in 1997, when this national player expanded globally in response to their clients' ever-growing international real estate requirements.

"Emerging as a top-ranked global leader challenged us to consider our current brand strategy-our name, identity, and image--the direction we were taking and message we wanted the market to hear," states Jeff Finn, President and COO.

"In looking at our branding, we've made slight changes and are very much updating our look, yet the major change is NAI becoming NAI Global. We now have 300 offices in more than 40 countries throughout the world. We are a tightly woven group of professionals and we are focused on the very best technology, processes and sharing of best practices to assure we consistently provide the highest quality of service. NAI offices have access to cutting edge tools and resources to respond to the needs of clients locally and globally.

"While we have changed our name to better reflect the company we are today, our core values have remained constant. Since 1997 NAI has grown from 5 non-USA offices to now boasting more than 100. During 2004 alone, NAI marked its presence in South Africa, Sweden, South Korea, Argentina, the Czech Republic, Peru and Japan and launched NAI India, now hosting 5 NAI offices in all key markets in that country.

NAI is timing its name change to coincide with its headquarters relocation. As of March 1, 2005, NAI's corporate headquarters will be in Princeton, NJ.

"We've rented approximately 12,000 SF of Class A office space along the Route 1 corridor in the Princeton Corporate Center to house our core operations," described Rick Leighton, VP Corporate Services who headed up the relocation project.

"Together with executive staff, our Corporate Communications, Information Services, Member Services, Corporate Services, Accounting and Legal staff will occupy about one-third of the 4th floor at 400 Independence Way.
