Global, the world's largest network of independently owned commercial real estate brokerage firms, announced the formation of a new Technology Services team within its Corporate Services Activities that combine or consolidate certain enterprise-wide needed support services, provided based on specialized knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve internal (and sometimes external) customers and business partners. Group. The group is led by Rick Leighton, vice president of Corporate Services, and includes vice presidents Warren Bailey and Howard Zola. The new Technology Services team will focus on the commercial growth of REALTrac[TM] Online, NAI's proprietary transaction management system, in the corporate real estate market and the imminent release of an entirely new version of its CLAS CLAS 1. Bailey comes to NAI Global from Archibus Inc., a leading provider of software for real estate, facility and infrastructure management, where he led the development of NAI's new CLAS[TM] lease and portfolio administration system.
