NAHREP chair is named among nation's most influential Hispanics.


Frances Martinez Myers, chairman of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP NAHREP National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (Washington, DC) ) and a senior vice president at Fox Roach/Trident of Philadelphia, has been named among the 100 most influential Hispanics in the country. Hispanic Business Magazine publishes the prestigious list of prominent Hispanics across all professions annually.

The annual list includes business leaders from across the nation that have had national impact in their respective fields and have promoted the advancement of Hispanics through their leadership, community involvement or professional excellence.

Named to the list along with Myers was Ralph de la Vega Ralph de la Vega, a native of Cuba, is the President and CEO - AT&T Mobility.Previously, he was the President of Latin America Operations, and the President of Broadband and Internet Services for BellSouth's operations in ten countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia,Venezuela, , chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

A 30-year veteran of the real estate industry, Myers is the first Latina to serve as NAHREP chairman and the first leader outside its original founders, Gary Acosta and Ernest Reyes, to lead the organization.

Martinez Myers serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors The National Association of Realtors (NAR) is made up of residential and commercial realtors who are brokers, salespeople, property managers, appraisers, and counselors, and others working in the real estate industry. , Freddie Mac's Affordable Housing Advisory Council and the National Advisory Council of Fannie Mac. She is also a member of worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) and has received its meritorious service award.
