Myriad Systems Inc. Receives National Change of Address -- NCOALink -- Web-Based Technology Link from the United States Postal Service.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- NCOALink Enhances MSI's Proprietary Software Applications and Mail List Management

Myriad Systems Inc. (MSI), a developer and provider of transaction, document and statement processing and mailing distribution services and software, has received NCOALink certification from the United States Postal Service (USPS), the company's President, Shaun Riney, announced today.

The NCOALink provides the company with the most advanced change-of-address software mailing management technology available from USPS and will enhance MSI's Access Direct, DIGIARK and Customer Contact web-based software applications.

"NCOALink is a milestone accomplishment for MSI because the technology takes the overall quality of our software-driven mailing process to a new level of address accuracy," Riney said. "Frankly, the NCOALink reduces undeliverable mail-pieces by making change-of-address information available on a daily basis and accessible over the web -- this is huge in terms of accuracy, efficiency and savings for our clients." Prior to NCOALink technology, list processing and updating occurred either monthly, quarterly or annually.

According to statistics provided by the USPS, over 40 million Americans change addresses annually. The NCOALink contains an estimated 160 million records, equivalent to 48-months' worth of permanent address changes, which can be accessed by a full service provider licensee such as MSI.

In addition to providing the most current address information and preventing re-mailings after address corrections, NCOALink also provides for faster service marketing through accurate mail delivery.

"The benefits are invaluable and perhaps the biggest benefit of all is the faster and more accurate product and service marketing NCOALink affords companies," Riney said. "As we say to clients all the time, your statements need to make a statement about you, your brand, and your services to your existing and prospective customers and they can't do that if the customers do not receive the information whether through regular mail or electronic mail."

MSI has already added NCOALink to the firm's software mailing processing operation. The firm processes millions of transactions monthly for a diverse portfolio of clients involved in the financial, retail, medical, and government services industries.
