Mycogen Seeds.

Mycogen Seeds' grain corn hybrids with the trait combination of Herculex I Insect Protection and Roundup Ready have received regulatory approvals for grain import into Japan and Mexico. Currently one hybrid containing Herculex I combined with the Roundup Ready trait is available for the 2005 growing season growing season, period during which plant growth takes place. In temperate climates the growing season is limited by seasonal changes in temperature and is defined as the period between the last killing frost of spring and the first killing frost of autumn, at which time annual plants die and biennials and perennials cease active growth and become dormant for the cold winter months.. Pending appropriate regulatory approvals, Mycogen Seeds will have hybrids available with Herculex RW Rootworm Protection for the 2006 planting season and Herculex XTRA Insect Protection soon after.
