MyVigo Selects IBSS Synapse for RFID Retail Point of Service Solutions.

COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Integrated Business Systems and Services, Inc. (IBSS) (OTCBB:IBSS), creator of the Synapse(TM) technology framework for Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) applications, announced that MyVigo Corporation has contracted to leverage the Synapse(TM) platform for the development of MyVigo's revolutionary RFID retail point of service information management system.

MyVigo intends to provide merchants in the United States and Canada with a customized suite of services keyed to RFID preferred customer identification cards/key fobs. The cards/key fobs will carry customer profile data that MyVigo issuing merchants require to identify their preferred customers. Specific customer information (customer purchase history, personal preferences, account balance, eligibility for special discounts, etc.) will be remotely accessible at suitably equipped retail sites and will be seamlessly integrated into the merchants' Point of Service (POS) systems. MyVigo will centrally manage cardholder data at a Nevada operations center, and maintain an Internet site (MyVigo.com) where consumers can review their buying activity, find special merchant offers, add money to their accounts, and more.

MyVigo business plan is to help member merchants expand markets, retain customers, improve efficiencies and benefit consumers by providing proof of purchase, warranty fulfillment, stored value/debit functions and Internet account management.

IBSS will design, develop and deploy MyVigo POS solutions using the Synapse(TM) framework. IBSS will also provide initial data center support for deployment and management of the MyVigo system, including proof of concept, pilot installation and ramp-up to full operation.

MyVigo's custom printed cards and key fobs will be produced by Arthur Blank & Co., Inc., the leading manufacturer of custom printed plastic cards, and supplier of private label loyalty, gift, phone, credit, debit, membership, security I.D., access cards, RFID and Smart cards to many Fortune 1000 companies. The cards/key fobs will carry MyVigo logos and custom artwork based on each merchant's specifications.
