Music World. (Poetry).

MUSIC WORLD

There was a time when I couldn't say no
Playing supporting role in one's scenario
Desolate stage showed my dug grave
Alone in my music world, awaiting the rave

The conqueror vanished
Hands up to the victim's wish
The forthcoming scene expectation

Trace your road to happiness
Those chosen solely, in your palace
Start anew, refresh,
Manage yourself to do your best

This is the time to answer no
Put out front your alter ego
Live stage shows you persuasion
Acclaimed through your music world initiative

The subordinate rebirth
The big red alert
The forthcoming scene allegation
It's time for self-decoration

Louise Taillon is a Montreal poet.
