HONEY, a nonprofit organization that promotes racial harmony, will have a fund-raising concert at 7 p.m. Monday at the Wild Duck Music Hall, 169 W. Sixth Ave.

The concert will feature the Original Crew, Lethal Trout, Walkabout, Evan Belize, Bubbler Broz and Big Venus.

Proceeds will support the group's 20th annual Martin Luther King Jr. Family Celebration on Jan. 19. Tickets are $10 for general admission or $7.50 for students.

THURSTON HIGH School music students will provide live entertainment Monday at Roaring Rapids Pizza, 4006 Franklin Blvd., and 50 percent of all in-house pizza sales that evening will be donated to the school's music program.

Springfield High School music students will have a similar fund-raising night on Jan. 28.

Entertainment for both fund-raisers will start at 4 p.m.

The events were set up by Roaring Rapids co-owner Paul Roth, who played in Springfield school bands and now performs with Swing Shift and the Eugene Symphonic Band.
