Murder charge man, 22, in court.

A NUNEATON man accused of killing his 22-month-old son earlier this year has appeared before a judge at Warwick Crown Court.

Richard Cross, aged 22, of Queen's Road, Nuneaton, appeared at court on Friday.

He is charged with the murder of Ryan Cross.

The young boy, who lived at an address in Lime Grove, Nuneaton, was rushed to the George Eliot Hospital in May, where he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.

Judge Richard Cole adjourned the case for a further preliminary hearing. Cross was granted bail.
