Murder charge; VIRGIN ISLANDS.

TWO men have been charged in the British Virgin Islands with the murder of a Briton who managed the renovation of an up-market resort.

Vincent Connolly, 50, was shot and killed on October 28, 2006, in the first homicide in seven years on the normally tranquil island of Virgin Gorda. Police inspector Tom Murray said a contractor for the resort project, Cecil Penn, allegedly hired the other suspect, Aaron George, to kill Mr Connolly, from Dorset, over a financial dispute.
