He does this by whacking the exorcists on the back of the head with a 2x4; when Shintarou collects 300 notches on his 2x4, he will be a full-fledged Monster Guardian. Sakurai Miko doesn't like Shintarou, either; unfortunately Miko is a super-powerful exorcist who thinks it's her duty to wipe all Monster Guardians (whether they're in training or not) off the face of the Earth. Kanpai is a fast-paced, funny read with likable characters and lots of action. This title reminds me of Bleach, a manga maNga is a popular Turkish nu metal/rapcore band. Their music is mainly a fusion of alternative metal and hip hop music, with a touch of Anatolian melodies; with heavy use of turntables, invoking comparisons with modern American nu metal bands. that does quite well in my library. Kanpai is full of unrealistic violence and gore, and is awash with vulgarities (s-bombs and a-holes abound), so I can't recommend it for middle schoolers.
