Mumbai mad at manhole memo.

Mumbai city officials are upset by an American warning about the risks of falling into manholes in India's commercial capital during the monsoon monsoon (mŏnsn) [Arab., mausium=season], wind that changes direction with change of season, notably in India and SE Asia.  season.
