With the hiring of two additional multimedia authors and an instructional designer, Multimedia Pathways provides turn-key in-house design and development of technology-based training. From the initial design to the final, technical production, Multimedia Pathways produces custom training solutions that can be delivered via CD-ROM CD-ROM: see compact disc.

Multimedia Author Patrick Glynn Patrick McMahon Glynn KC (25 August 1855 – 28 October 1931) was a former Attorney General of Australia and Minister for External Affairs. Early life

 brings expertise in training development and project management to Multimedia Pathways. Previously, as an Instructional Systems Specialist, he oversaw the Department of Veterans Affairs' multimedia department and pioneered their nationwide computer-based training See CBT.

Rob Koberg, Multimedia Author, contributes to the in-house skill set at Multimedia Pathways with his familiarity with video editing See nonlinear video editing and video editor.  and multimedia authoring tools, as well as practical experience developing and delivering instructor-led training, as owner of Computer Training Interactions (CTI (Computer Telephone Integration) Combining data with voice systems in order to enhance telephone services. For example, automatic number identification (ANI) allows a caller's records to be retrieved from the database while the call is routed to the appropriate party. ) in Rockford, Ill.

Prior to establishing CTI, Koberg worked with Gaffney Learning Station and Gaffney Technical/Professionals as a Contract Manager. At Gaffney, Koberg guided the effort to establish Gaffney as a leader in corporate computer training. Koberg has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Cognitive Psychology.

Instructional Designer Cindy Conaway rounds out the services offered at Multimedia Pathways with five years of experience designing courseware specifically for computer-based delivery. Conaway comes to Multimedia Pathways from Chicago, where she most recently worked as Manager of Performance Assurance at Ameritech, designing and producing various types of training and performance support materials for the telecommunications industry.

Before that, she was an Instructional Designer and Producer at Icon Interactive, in Westchester, Ill., and an intern at Andersen Consulting in Chicago. Conaway has a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Chicago and a Master's degree in Instructional Design from Florida State University Florida State University, at Tallahassee; coeducational; chartered 1851, opened 1857. Present name was adopted in 1947. Special research facilities include those in nuclear science and oceanography. .

Based in Redwood City, Multimedia Pathways designs and develops custom interactive multimedia software for an international client base. In the telecommunications industry, Multimedia Pathways partners with clients such as Centigram cen·ti·gram
