Multifamily Deal: Equity Residential has sold two San Pedro apartment buildings for $37.3 million to Estate Partners. Harbor View, at 1286 W. Capitol Drive, is a 160-unit apartment complex. Bay Ridge, at 1099 W. Capitol Drive, is a 60-unit multifamily property.
