MultiLink Introduces Its Most Advanced Business to Business Audioconferencing Solution; System 780 has easy web-based scheduling features and supports 576 simultaneous calls.

MultiLink, Inc., the world leader in audioconferencing, today announced the introduction of its most advanced conferencing See teleconferencing.  system for business to business applications - the System 780.

"MultiLink recognizes the demand in the marketplace for enterprise conferencing capabilities," said John Nye, vice president and general manager of MultiLink. "The System 780 offers customers reliable, highly advanced technology capable of supporting up to 576 call participants and 238 conference calls. The 780 also features easy to use scheduling tools and the ability to handle both assisted and unassisted conference calls. Add the Internet Meeting Manager to a System 780 conferencing system and you now have the ability to schedule, edit and delete conferences anywhere in the world using a web browser The program that serves as your front end to the Web on the Internet. In order to view a site, you type its address (URL) into the browser's Location field; for example, www.computerlanguage.com, and the home page of that site is downloaded to you. . " Other key features include web-based document posting and conference management software allowing system users the ability to manage a conference call right from their PC.

System 780 users may also schedule conference calls through MultiLink's ReServer. This Interactive Voice Response system uses touch tone commands to guide a user through scheduling a conference right over the telephone.

The MultiLink 7 Series systems are highly scalable and efficient platforms designed for growth. Our largest configuration, the System 700 supports from 192 to 1152 call participants; for smaller business to business applications, the System 780 can be scaled from 24 to 576 call participants. All of MultiLink's 7 Series platforms have incorporated an intuitive Windows(TM) interface simplifying training needs.
