"Job creation makes apartments more attractive."

Misner said the levels of capital flow activity, which have been healthy option as renting, "But that could change if interest rates go up."

The multifamily market remains a preferred investment sector.

National sales volume is expected to be at least 15 percent higher in 2003 than 2002.
