New leases were signed recently at 400 Valley Road, in Arlington Arlington, county, United States
Arlington, county (1990 pop. 170,936), N Va., across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. Arlington is a residential and commercial suburb of Washington.
, N.J., the new, $21 million, class "A" office building owned and developed by Mt. Arlington Development, LP.

New tenants include Software Associate International (SAI), Quality Systems & Software (QSS QSS Quintessential School Systems
QSS Quality Systems and Software
QSS Working Frequency (radiotelegraphy)
QSS Quick Service System
QSS quasi-stellar source (radio source)
QSS Quick Supply Store
), and Stratis Business Centers. SAI has leased 52,000 SF of space for its sales and research operations, QSS leased 28,000 SF to accommodate its expanding corporate headquarters, and Stratis, leased 10,000 SF for its managed office environments. Insignia/ESG served as the exclusive broker in the transaction.
