John J. Nolan joined Maytag, an NAA/NSC member, as vice president of enterprise logistics. Nolan will lead the corporate logistics function, which will include transportation and distribution management, demand and supply planning and inventory management for all the corporation's businesses and brands. Prior to joining Maytag, Nolan was director of global logistics for Minneapolis-based Donaldson Company, Inc.

EMG named Matthew S. Munter, P.E., division director, Real Estate Due Diligence Division. He'll be responsible for all technical operations related to EMG'S real estate transaction support business. In his previous position, vice president of government services for EMG, Munter was responsible for business development and program management to support EMG'S expansion into government support real estate services.

Green Park Financial announced that Herman E. Bulls is its new executive vice president and chief operating officer. He replaces Merrill Yavinsky, who accepted a position as executive vice president for strategy and business development at Green Park Financial's sister company, Walker & Dunlop. Bulls will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the company, including marketing, production, servicing and asset management. Prior to joining Green Park Financial, Bulls was managing director of global client services for Jones Lang Lasalle.
