Mouse Trap.

The recovery of $150,000 worth of stolen Walt Disney Co. gear was a stroke of luck or, as Glendale Police Department spokesman Rick Young preferred to put it -- with tongue in cheek --the result of "keen police work."

The Walt Disney Pictures and Television warehouse in Glendale recently suffered two nighttime break-ins. Just hours after the second incident, a Glendale police officer noticed a man at a public telephone who was acting suspicious and decided to question him, Young said.

In the man's car, the officer noticed a large quantity of high-end computer equipment.

"Upon further questions, (the officer) found he has a whole motel room full of computer stuff," Young said. Other items, such as posters, were also found, all labeled with the Disney ID.

The short investigation led to the arrest of two men.
