"We're replacing antiquated hardware and software that just no longer meets our needs," said Robert Billos, management information systems director for Mount Airy. "We reviewed several other systems, but because of CAD400's ability to integrate with the HTE software other departments are already using, and because of our high level of satisfaction with those products, we chose HTE."

Billos said the police department is looking forward to improving its internal processes, and to being able to provide better services to external callers. CAD400 tracks the status of responding police, fire and EMS units and provides quick and accurate personnel and equipment response recommendations.
