Motor vehicle section hosts case forum at Winter Convention.


The Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section and the Cochran Firm will host a "Bring Your Own Files" discussion forum and luncheon in Miami during the Winter Convention. The event will be held on Tuesday Tuesday: see week. , February February: see month.  13, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Miami Loews Hotel, after the section's education program, "Proving Your Clients' Injuries in Connective-Tissue and Whiplash whiplash n. a common neck and/or back injury suffered in automobile accidents (particularly from being hit from the rear) in which the head and/or upper back is snapped back and forth suddenly and violently by the impact.  Cases."

The open forum will be moderated by veteran attorneys as section participants raise topics for discussion using their own case files. The forum will help seasoned attorneys refine courtroom strategies and give new lawyers an opportunity to seek advice on how to handle current case issues.

The moderators for this program include section chair Ed Moore Moore, city (1990 pop. 40,761), Cleveland co., central Okla., a suburb of Oklahoma City; inc. 1887.
