Motia Adds Industry Veterans to Board of Advisors; Dr. John Choma of USC and Dr. Tatsuo Itoh of UCLA Bring Years of Experience in Electronics and Engineering to Motia.

In addition to being the professor and chairman of electrical engineering-electrophysics at USC, Dr. Choma is an IEEE Fellow and has been awarded the IEEE Millennium Medal. In his career he has served as president of the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society The IEEE Circuits and Systems Society is a society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). It is also known by the acronym IEEE CASS. In the hierarchy of IEEE, the Circuits and Systems Society is one of close to 40 technical societies organized under , and previously was a member of its board of governors, as well as its vice president for administration. He is currently an associate editor of the Journal of Analog Integrated Circuits and Signal Processing, and has served as both editor-in-chief and associate editor of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems. Dr. Choma also consults in the areas of broadband analog and high-speed digital integrated circuit analysis, design and modeling.

He serves on the administrative committee of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S MTT-S Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (IEEE) ) and has been the editor-in-chief of both the IEEE's Microwave and Guided Wave Letters and the IEEE's Microwave Theory and Techniques.
