Prior to Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Shrinivas served as Chief Financial Officer of Dynarc AB, where he was instrumental in the successful completion of an $82 million secondary offering of the Company's public stock and helped restructure the capital of the Company in anticipation of its growth plans. Dynarc was a publicly-traded, Swedish manufacturer and retailer of children's clothing with over 600 stores worldwide and revenues of approximately $650 million which was ultimately sold to three major European retailers; British Home Stores, Marks & Spencer and Littlewoods. Mr. Shrinivas has held senior level financial positions with a number of public companies throughout his career including Nielsen Solution Systems and RAM Ltd.
