Moss makes E63rd Street home.Charlotte Moss, acclaimed interior designer has finalized a lease for 7,200 s/f of space in a five-story Upper East Side townhouse town·house or town house n. 1. A residence in a city. 2. A row house, especially a fashionable one. at 20 East 63rdStreet. Located between Fifth and Madison Avenues, the townhouse will be home to a new Charlotte Moss retail venture featuring three floors of retail space and a private outdoor garden. Design studios and corporate offices will be housed on the fourth and fifth floors. The Charlotte Moss townhouse will introduce a new concept of specialty retailing to the New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of market. Each floor will recreate a total lifestyle experience, as if one were visiting Charlotte's home. Rooms will be styled like intimate set pieces, completely decorated with inspirational and aspirational items from an eclectic portfolio of merchandise hand selected by Moss.
