LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , a Seattle-based accounting and consulting firm, has appointed Jacob A. Azar to lead the not-for-profit practice in the Los Angeles office. Azar was most recently director of quality control and audit partner in the not-for-profit/healthcare practice with Feeley & Driscoll, a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. firm in Boston.
