Moscow deal for SHCA.Swanke Hayden Connell Architects (SHCA SHCA Swanke Hayden Connell Architects SHCA Siberian Husky Club of America SHCA Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy SHCA Short-Hop Channel Allocation ) has been awarded a contract to design a 70-story mixed-use tower in central Moscow near the Kremlin. The $270 million building, called Parcel 12, is being developed by "Summa sum·ma n. pl. sum·mas or sum·mae A comprehensive treatise, especially in philosophy or theology. [Medieval Latin, from Latin, the whole; see sum1.] " a Turkish Development Company, representing a group of Russian investors. Parcel 12 will include over 2,225,000 s/f of space on a 15,000 s/f site. The building will have 50 floors of commercial office space based on Class " A " U. S. occupancy standards. Above the office space will be a sky lobby A sky lobby is an intermediate floor where people can change from an express elevator that only stops at the sky lobby to a local elevator which stops at every floor within a segment of the building. with amenities to be shared by the offices as well as 19 floors of residential apartments. The tower will sit on two floors of retail space, cafes, restaurants and a casino casino or cassino (both: kəsē`nō). 1 Card game played with a full deck by two to four players. Its origins are obscure though it probably traces back to the Italian game of Scopa. that will relate to the nearby retail complex. Construction on the building will commence in the fall of 2004, with completion slated for 2007. |
