MortgageFlex 2003 User Conference Garners More than 75% Participation; Conference Generates Highest Participation Ever.

MortgageFlex Systems, Inc., a provider of integrated mortgage automation software, hosted more than 50 executives, including both clients and vendors, at the 2003 MortgageFlex User's Conference, May 14 - 16, 2003 at The Hard Rock Hotel in Orlando, Fla.

This year's conference theme was "Breakthrough." Breakthroughs are at the core of what MortgageFlex offers its customers, and its solutions break through barriers that make loan origination software solutions so challenging. The primary goals of the MortgageFlex User Conference are to learn more about MortgageFlex's products and services as well as clients' needs and challenges and share information about product enhancements and service improvements.

On the first afternoon of the three-day conference, MortgageFlex presented its LoanQuest 2003 Suite product demonstrations. "During the LoanQuest product demonstration, we introduced our clients to the mortgage industry's end-to-end mortgage lending solution," Lester Dominick, president of MortgageFlex said. "Our clients found this to be a unique experience because we are the only software vendor to accomplish this objective."

The following morning Dominick opened the session by welcoming new customers and addressing the company's strategic direction and presented the future product direction. Following the opening remarks, the company hosted five conference sessions and then dedicated a day to open-forum style discussions and success stories. Mortgage industry executives used the meetings and workshops as an opportunity to network and share experiences and information with each other.

Company leaders also discussed current as well as future technology needs and industry concerns and recapped the 2002 goals and initiatives presented at the 2001 conference. Vice President of product development Craig Bechtle reviewed new innovations and enhancements of LoanQuest and MortgageFlex client Danny Abney from Decision One discussed the implementation and successes the company had with LoanQuest. Additionally, Vice President and CIO Bob Phelps addressed how MortgageFlex's hardware and database services can benefit clients. The user group meeting closed with a series of interactive dialogs between MortgageFlex and its growing client base.

In addition to more than 75 percent of MortgageFlex's client base being present, many of their strategic partners including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, First American Credco, Greatland Corporation and VMP were on hand to present technology applications and inform the attendees about the technologies available to institutions per their relationship with MortgageFlex.
