In her new position, she has a key leadership role involving operations and systems management as well as overseeing new product development. Most recently, she was assistant vice president, pre-funding, post-closing and quality control manager with Homecoming's Financial Wholesale (HFW) in Petaluma, Calif. Binkley began her career as the sole pre-funding fraud investigator with HFW and rose to manage a staff of 13 individuals, eight being located remotely. She was also responsible for post-closing audits and involved with early payment default, repurchase and investigation administration. Additionally, she designed and promoted all fraud prevention programs and processes, as well as developing and presenting the associated training programs.
