This new building is designed to attract people by its vitality and complexity, encouraging citizens to reclaim their proprietary relationship with the US justice system. Courtrooms are typically located at the centre of the building, while support spaces and circulation radiate ra·di·ate v. 1. To spread out in all directions from a center. 2.
