With many smaller islands it constitutes the Venezuelan state of Nueva Esparta (1990 pop. 263,748).  Island, noted that what is important for Morocco is to make its voice heard at the international scene, describing as significant the presence of Morocco in Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. .aa Commenting on the Non-Aligned Movement, Naciri said this grouping, which has played a significant and complex role during cold war, must be refurbnished and updated on the ligh of the new world context, to be the voice of the countries seeking to contribute with dignity to creating a world of peace, cooperation and friendship.
