 Investment Corporation (MHR MHR (US, Australia) n abbr (= Member of the House of Representatives) → Abgeordnete(r) f(m) des Repräsentantenhauses )(TOKYO:3234), a Japanese real estate investment trust adopted a resolution at meetings of its board of directors held on March 5, 2010 and March 15, 2010 to issue new investment units, and the payment pertaining to the issuance of new investment units through public offering was completed on March 23, 2010. Funds obtained through the primary offering and third-party allotment will be used to acquire assets (part of each of Roppongi Hills Roppongi Hills (六本木ヒルズ Roppongi Hiruzu  Mori Tower and ARK Mori Building), and the remainder will be used for repayment of loans, etc.

Also, MHR announced that the presentation of results for the seventh period ended January 31, 2010 (from August 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010) is now available at http://www.mori-hills-reit.co.jp/en/
