Atlanta Net Market Makers will host a B2B roundtable and webcast Monday, July 16, 2001, at 6:00 p.m. EDT, with Morgan Stanley Analyst Chuck Phillips and executives from Atlanta's top B2B marketplaces--RubberNetwork.com LLC, WorldCrest, Omnexus, Eastman Chemical and ForestExpress.

The panelists will discuss what has worked, what didn't work and what's next for B2B.

Phillips, often referred to as Wall Street's most plugged in, aggressive and knowledgeable technology analyst, has followed the online business-to-business exchange industry from its inception. He has been with Morgan Stanley, a global financial services firm and a market leader in securities, asset management and credit services, for five years and is an expert in all aspects of the enterprise software market. Over the years, Phillips has been involved in the creation of many high-level exchanges, including Covisint, an exchange recently founded and supported by DaimlerChrysler, Ford and General Motors.
