"This is Wirral's premier office park and one of the most impressive office schemes in the North West region."
John Henley, Riverside Park managing director, added: "We are delighted to be working with such an established practice as Smith & Sons. With nearly 170 years' agency experience, they know the market pretty well.
"The recent letting of an additional 8,000sq ft of office space at Riverside Park is a further endorsement of our customers' satisfaction with the scheme."
