More on "large and in charge".I have been able, over this holiday weekend, to catch up on some back issues of your magazine, specifically the January/February 2006 issue. I would like to make specific reference to your article "The Powers Behind Black Books" and ask a self-serving question: Why was Broadside Press not included or mentioned? As we all know, many do not survive the first ownership change. Yet we are still doing business. Our original founder was the incomparable (mathematics) incomparable - Two elements a, b of a set are incomparable under some relation <= if neither a <= b, nor b <= a. Dudley Randall Dudley Randall (1914 - 2000) was an African American poet and poetry publisher from Detroit, Michigan.[1] He founded a publishing company called Broadside Press in 1965, which published many leading African American writers. .
