Simon Marketing Inc., crumbling as a result of the loss of McDonald's McDonald’s

fast-food restaurant chain throughout the world; recognized by golden arches. [Am. Culture: Misc.]

 Corp. as a client, has sued the company that managed the distribution of finances associated with its client contracts.

Simon Marketing, the Los Angeles-based subsidiary of Simon Worldwide Inc., sued Perseco Systems Services LP of Downers Grove Downers Grove, village (1990 pop. 46,858), Du Page co., NE Ill.; settled 1832, inc. 1873. Downers Grove has undergone population growth and commercial development that include the construction of new office complexes. , Ill. for breach of contract earlier this month. The suit also named marketing firms Creata Promotion Inc. and The Marketing Store Worldwide Inc., which worked with Simon Marketing in its contract for game pieces with McDonald's.

The action is the latest in a series of suits following the discovery that a Simon employee swindled winning McDonald's game pieces worth $20 million in prizes.

McDonald's sued and dropped its contract with Simon Marketing after the revelation Revelation or Apocalypse (əpŏk`əlĭps), the last book of the New Testament. It was written c.A.D. 95 on Patmos Island off the coast of Asia Minor by an exile named John, in the wake of local persecution by the . Simon Marketing in turn sued McDonald's to recover costs.

Simon Marketing officials declined to comment about the most recent suit.
