Morbark upgrades Web site.

* Morbark, Winn, Mich., has redesigned its Web site at www.morbark.com. According to the company, "the Morbark site has not only undergone a complete design transformation, but site navigation has also been greatly improved." Changes went into effect January 15.

One of the biggest changes was the incorporation of new technology into the site.

"The new Web site utilizes newer technologies, such as Flash and Active Server Pages," says Lisa Smith Morbark marketing specialist and webmaster. "These technologies not only make the site easier to maintain, but also make it more aesthetically pleasing."

Changes to the site also include a new feature on the dealer page that allows customers to locate dealers by state with just the click of a button.

"The new Web site pulls together the site design for a more consistent, professional feel," says Smith. "The content it is now more organized and easier to find."

The equipment page offers important specifications and a photo of all Morbark equipment. All equipment specification sheets are also available on the site, downloadable in a PDF format.

The parts page offers information on monthly parts specials, Morbark support facilities and a number of downloadable order and warranty forms as well as oil, transmission, and hydraulic fluid spec sheets. The used parts database and remanufactured parts list also have links on this page.
