Moog Will Acquire Bosch Pump Business.


Moog Inc Moog, is a worldwide designer and manufacturer of motion and fluid controls and control systems for applications in aerospace, defense, industrial and medical device markets. ., N.Y.C., has agreed to purchase the Bosch radial-piston pump product line from Robert Bosch GmbH Robert Bosch GmbH [1] is a German corporation which was started in 1886 by Robert Bosch in Stuttgart, Germany. [2]

Bosch businesses include:
  • automotive parts and systems supplier;[2]
 of Germany. These pumps are commonly used together with Moog servo valves in the hydraulic systems of injection molding machines. The deal results from concerns raised by the European Community European Community: see European Union.
